Don't you hate it when you read something and think, now why did I not think of that?! Well that happened when I was reading through the November issue of Martha Stewart Living. For years I've been on a Homer-esque quest to cook the most flavourful, moist and non-fussy turkey. 

I've conquered the flavour and moistness challenges by buying a fantastic free range bird and brining it in an aromatic bath.
